MothersBBQ | Smoked Lamb Shanks on the Weber Grill


So, I am not a huge lamb fan. Every time I have tried it I always get the gamey lamb taste. BUT – I have never made it myself. So I got some quality lamb shanks that were born, raised, and harvested in Colorado and marinade them in a garlic Mediterranean marinade and slow smoked them with hickory on the Weber Kettle grill. WOW! No gamey taste! I will be doing this again.
